A bit about the NHBC

The National House-Building Council (NHBC) is a private, non profit-distributing organisation. Its role is to set, regulate and improve standards of private house building in the UK and to provide insurance protection for purchasers of new homes. NHBC is the UK market leader in the structural warranty market, offering a wide range of technical services and insurance products for effective risk management by registered builders, developers and housing associations.

The NHBC publish their own NHBC Standards, to which Rytons refer in any relevant technical data sheets.
