Competition Rules
Competition open to anyone over the age of 18, who is directly employed in the building industry as an Architect, Specifier, Contractor, Builder or Builders Merchant.
No employee of Rytons Building Products or their relatives or agents are eligible to enter.
No purchase is necessary.
All entries must be submitted in the name of an individual person and the prize can only be awarded to the person whose name is on the winning entry. Only one entry allowed per entrant, per Competition.
Prizes are offered as stated and are non-exchangeable or transferable. No cash alternatives will be provided.
The prize winner for each Competition will be randomly chosen by a representative of Rytons Building Products Ltd (the "Judge") on or after the stated closing date from all eligible entries received.
Once notified by Rytons Building Products Ltd, we will arrange with the winner a suitable date to deliver the prize and take publicity photos. The winner will be required to provide proof of identity e.g. driver’s licence or passport before handover of the prize.
We will publish the winners name, company name, location and publicity photographs on our website for at least one month after the prize draw.
Rytons Building Products Ltd undertakes to use reasonable efforts to maintain adequate email, internet and other communication links but is not otherwise responsible for and shall not be liable for: late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, or unintelligible entries; telephone, electronic, hardware, or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, delays or difficulties, errors in transmission.
Rytons Building Products Ltd reserves the right to terminate or suspend any Competition without notice at any time and for any reason. In the event of termination, suspension or modification of a Competition, Rytons Building Products Ltd may, in its sole discretion, elect to award the prize to a winner randomly drawn from among all participants who have validly entered the Competition by that time.
Rytons Building Products Ltd (and its employees, officers, directors, agents, marketing partners and affiliates) are not responsible for any condition caused by events beyond the control of Rytons Building Products Ltd that may cause the Competition to be disrupted.
Except in respect of death or personal injury caused by the negligence of Rytons Building Products Ltd, Rytons Building Products Ltd expressly disclaims any responsibility and each participant hereby agrees to release and to hold Rytons Building Products Ltd (and its employees, officers, directors, agents, marketing partners and affiliates) harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with any prize or resulting from the delivery, acceptance and/or subsequent use or misuse of any prize.
Our decision is final on all matters and we will not enter into any further correspondence.
By entering, you agree to be bound by these rules in relation to the Competition and prize draw.
